Since 2016 I have joined various teams in Arnhem that develop and produce events to promote and stimulate local culture and talent in art, design, sustainability and innovation. I have worked as a fixed employee as well a freelancer for the companies and and non-profit organizations behind Fashion + Design Festival Arnhem, Ruimtekoers Festival, WINDOWSHOPPER and INNOVATE.

Fashion + Design Festival Arnhem (FDFA) is a yearly event in June that promotes and celebrates the richness of art and culture that the city beholds. The festival invites visitors from all over the country to come and admire the city's talents in fashion and design with fashion shows, exhibitions, performances, workshops, lectures and much more!

Ruimtekoers festival is urban and cultural event, a research experiment and a playground for the residents, governors, and entrepreneurs of Arnhem. Abandoned and neglected spaces of the city come to life as people are invited here to enjoy the richnesses in food, culture, art, music in their own city. It is a place where and dreams, ideas and initiatives to preserve and enhance these cultural richnesses are shared, discussed and fantasized about.

With their doors closing for a lengthy construction, Museum Arnhem teamed up with the young and creative fashion studio MAISON the FAUX to ensure that the work of the city's talented designers remained accessible to the public. The WINDOWSHOPPER displays designed by MAISON the FAUX brought empty stores in Arnhem to life with the collections from well-known designers such as Jan Taminiau and Bas Kosters.

Ontwerp Platform Arnhem (OPA) is a non-profit, cultural platform with a mission to discover, present and discuss new developments within the field of design. Their monthly network evenings with lectures and presentations by respectable designers are aimed at stimulating the conversation with upcoming talent or anyone who is looking for inspiration or to exchange ideas, knowledge and dreams and opportunities.

During the three days of INNOVATE festival in Arnhem, more than 150 innovators from all over the world show how they use art, design, technology and science to tackle the problems our society faces today and tomorrow.

De Grootste Kerstmarkt van het Oosten is an annual christmas market in Arnhem during which the city's retail epicentre comes to life with market stalls, magical christmas performances, live music and fun activities for young and old. The event is a result of the collaboration between entrepreneurs and store owners and attracts more than 30.000 visitors to Arnhem.

A retail event to celebrate the first day of summer initiated by store owners and entrepreneurs in Arnhems city centre. It was a hot and memorable day with live music, street food and entertainment for young and old.
